It’s Friday so it’s time to talk about the Designer Duo. This month’s blocks feature Flying Geese units! Nancy Rink has some fantastic tips for her block here:

One of the secrets to making accurate flying geese units is pressing. Here’s a visual to help explain how the seams in my blocks were pressed. Notice how there is a little clip to the seams can align for the overall block but accommodate the points:
These blocks assemble quickly by focusing on diagonal units:
